About the role

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and LinkedIn
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews
  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and databases

2. Onboarding & HR Operations

  • Support pre-onboarding and onboarding activities
  • Assist in documentation and employee record management
  • Help in HRMS (KEKA) data entry and updates
  • Ensure employee files and records are maintained accurately

3. HR Projects & Policy Implementation

  • Assist in drafting and reviewing HR policies and SOPs
  • Support ongoing HR projects (onboarding framework, surveys, etc.)
  • Help in preparing HR reports and dashboards

4. Employee Engagement & HRBP Support

  • Coordinate engagement activities and events
  • Assist in employee communication and announcements
  • Support HRBP activities and grievance handling processes

5. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure adherence to company policies
  • Assist in maintaining compliance records
  • Support audit-related documentation

Skills & Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
