Job Description
About the Role:
- Requirements:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in development or operations (developing, implementing and optimizing DevOps processes and practices) on Azure
- Must have 3+ years of experience of owning deployment of microservices architectures based solutions on Azure Cloud Services with experience in AKS, ASB, App Services, App Insights etc
- Must have 3+ years of experience in Azure, GitHub, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Linux shell script and python
- Strong experience in implementing and managing containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) on Azure
- Good Knowledge on Grafana, Prometheus, Loki and similar tools to develop, implement and automate monitoring and logging
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Azure DevOps or Cloud Certification is a great plus
- Exposure/experience with MLOps and/or LLMOps on Azure is a great plus
- Familiarity with AI, ML, GenAI concepts is a great plus
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating, optimizing and implementing DevOps and deployment strategies partnering with engineering teams
- Responsible for maintaining and updating CI/CD pipelines
- Responsible for monitoring and optimizing cloud resources to enhance performance and cost-efficiency
- Responsible and accountable to handle critical support and deployment requests, collaborating with multiple other teams such as IT, SaaS, and test teams for effective resolutions
- Responsible for creating and implementing deployment strategies for various deployment scenarios, minimizing deployment risk, downtime, and user impact
- Own and drive the evaluation and adoption of Azure cloud tools and technologies
- Own and be accountable for the Performance, Scalability, Reliability and Sustainability of cloud deployments
- Set up robust observability (logging, metrics, and tracing) and embed DevSecOps practices into the development lifecycle
