Sr. Specialist Product Strategy & Operations
Location: Waltham, MA; New York, NY; East Norriton, PA; Princeton, NJ; San Francisco, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: Hybrid
Position Summary
Trinity Life Sciences is looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Consultant to join our Product Strategy & Operations team. In this role, you will get broad exposure and real ownership across how we build products, devise and execute our strategy, plan and staff our organization, and take our Digital & AI products to market. You’ll work closely with Product, AI / Data Science, Marketing, Business leaders, and Business functions, with the opportunity to shape your own focus area as our priorities develop.
What You'll Do:
Partner with Product, AI / Data Science, Marketing, Business leaders, and Business functions (e.g., Finance, HR) to strengthen how we build, plan, staff, and go to market. This includes but is not limited to:
- Help design and continuously improve how we build products, from prioritization and road-mapping processes to performance tracking and reviews
- Support planning, resourcing, and staffing processes across the Digital & AI organization, partnering with business functions to improve hiring, staffing, and reporting
- Conduct market, competitive, and client research to sharpen positioning, pricing, differentiation, and our go-to-market approach, and translate findings into strategic recommendations
- Build and refine go-to-market and sales enablement assets (e.g., pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, demo scripts) and support launch plans for new products
- Track metrics around product performance, operational efficiency, pipeline health, and financial performance, surfacing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Support the training and onboarding of internal stakeholders, sellers, and clients on product strategy, roadmap, and processes
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, STEM, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, product operations, program management, or another business / commercial role, ideally within tech / software / SaaS, or life sciences
- Experience working directly with product, technical, or commercial teams, or in a fast-paced startup or consulting environment, is a strong plus
- A true hustler with relentless drive; someone who takes ownership of outcomes, not just tasks, and pushes initiatives across the finish line
- Versatile generalist who can move comfortably across product, planning, research, partnerships, and go-to-market work, and is eager to grow deep expertise in the area where they add the most value
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and moving fast, prioritizing the work that will move the business forward the most
- Strong storyteller who can translate complex product, technical, and analytical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for varied audiences
- Sharp analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to create data-driven analysis and turn it into actionable recommendations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the credibility to work directly with executives, product leads, sellers, and partners
- Highly organized self-starter who can juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines without dropping the ball
- Genuine curiosity about AI, life sciences, and enterprise software, with a willingness to learn quickly and go deep on new topics
