Job Description
ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development and management of Stock Broking and Investment Products Front & Back Office solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define product vision, roadmap, priorities, and functional architecture for Stock Broking and Investment Products Front & Back Office solutions.
- Manage complete product development from requirement gathering, SOW, BRD, workflows, user stories, and functional specifications through UAT and production rollout.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for broking and trading products across Equity, Derivatives, Commodities, ETFs, and related offerings.
- Strong knowledge of Mutual Fund transaction processing through BSE Star MF, NSE NMF, RTAs, and related API or file integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Mutual Fund back-office activities including RTA feed imports, folio processing, Portfolio Management, Returns, AUM, trail brokerage, GST/TDS, and reconciliation.
- Develop Portfolio Tracker solutions covering consolidated holdings, valuation, asset allocation, capital gains, XIRR, performance analysis, and client reporting.
- Strong knowledge of IPO workflows including issue setup, application processing, UPI/ASBA, bidding, allotment, refunds, brokerage, and reconciliation.
- Develop Insurance Back-Office solutions covering proposal processing, policy issuance, premium tracking, renewals, claims, commissions, payouts, and policy servicing.
- Develop solutions for OFS, Buyback, Fixed Deposits, NCDs, Bonds, PMS, Insurance, and other investment products.
- Strong knowledge of sub-broker, employee, branch, channel, partner, and agent payout calculations, approvals, clawbacks, and reconciliation.
- Design investor onboarding workflows including e-KYC, KRA, CKYC, FATCA, bank mandate, nominee, and account opening.
- Manage integrations with exchanges, depositories, RTAs, banks, insurers, payment systems, and third-party platforms.
- Coordinate with clients, business, development, QA, operations, compliance, finance, implementation, and support teams.
- Manage UAT, releases, production validation, client demonstrations, implementations, migrations, and escalations.
- Stay updated on market trends, SEBI guidelines, and technology advancements in the broking and wealth-tech domain.
