Head of Business Intelligence

Join Tilt’s team. Tilt uses data modeling, metadata, and context-building to support the business. The leader will run Business Intelligence end to end, manage a team of BI developers, oversee data models and semantic layer, and maintain a metric-and-metadata library. The role requires expert-level SQL, fluency with AI coding tools, and ability to review dbt work. The position involves dealing with multiple stakeholders, setting priorities, and growing the team. Travel to Asia 3–4x per year for onsite activities. The role includes leadership responsibilities, but hands-on participation in coding is still expected at times.
