Product Manager

What You’ll Do\nAs a Product Manager, you’ll own the full product lifecycle for key ThrivePass platform experiences—from discovery to launch and beyond. You’ll work at the center of everything, partnering across teams to build scalable, customer-focused SaaS solutions.\n\n- Own product strategy and roadmap for assigned product areas\n- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, delivery, launch, and optimization\n- Partner with engineering, design, operations, data, and business teams\n- Translate customer feedback and business needs into clear product requirements and user stories\n- Manage and prioritize backlog in Jira based on impact and feasibility\n- Use data (KPIs, analytics, user behavior) to inform decisions and improve the product\n- Support UAT, release readiness, and continuous product improvements\n- Continuously look for ways to innovate and improve the customer experience\n\nWhat You Bring\nWe’re looking for someone who is curious, collaborative, and excited to make an impact.\nYou’ll thrive here if you:\n- Love solving complex problems and simplifying processes\n- Are highly collaborative and team-oriented\n- Take ownership and follow through on commitments\n- Can influence stakeholders and align teams across priorities\n- Turn ambiguity into clear, actionable plans\n\nMust-Haves\n- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Computer Science, or related field\n- 2–5 years of experience managing SaaS products end-to-end\n- Experience working in Agile environments and using Jira\n- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, etc.)\n- Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex ideas into clear requirements\n- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics and insights to guide decisions\n\nNice to Have\n- Experience working in regulated or HIPAA-compliant environments\n- Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms\n- Experience with API integrations or technical product initiatives\n- Agile or Scrum certifications (CSPO, etc.)\n- Experience with Figma or UX collaboration tools
