Marketing Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Marketing, communications & brand strategy
• Copywriting for proposals, presentations, case studies, press materials & more
• Website strategy, content, SEO, analytics & UX
• Social media, email campaigns, newsletters & blogs
• PR, media relationships, press releases & editorial opportunities
• Award submissions & industry recognition
• Speaking engagements, panels & podcasts for firm leadership
• Photography, videography & digital asset management
• Employer branding & recruiting support
• Marketing budgets, vendors & the annual marketing calendar
• Events, launches, sponsorships & client celebrations
• Post-project content, testimonials & impact reports

What They're Looking For:

• 8+ years of progressive marketing, communications or PR experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, Graphic Design or related field
• Experience in architecture, interior design, hospitality, commercial real estate or professional services strongly preferred
• Strong brand strategy, copywriting, PR/media relations & proposal development skills
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite experience
• Experience with CMS/Wix, Salesforce, email marketing, social media & analytics/SEO tools
• Someone who is equally comfortable thinking strategically AND getting into the details

$100,000–$130,000 + generous benefits
