- Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and maintenance teams.
- Support tooling improvements and new mold development.
- Potentially lead tooling projects.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of mold making, tool & die, or precision machining experience OR completion of a Tool & Die program.
- Experience building molds and tooling components.
- CNC mill and EDM experience.

- Overtime available but not mandatory
Why Join This Team
This is an opportunity to build highly specialized tooling that directly impacts life-saving medical technologies, aerospace applications, and advanced products used around the world.
You’ll work in an exceptionally clean, climate-controlled environment alongside experienced toolmakers and engineers while building precision molds from start to finish. The company promotes from within, offers strong long-term career growth, and provides a collaborative team environment where craftsmanship and technical expertise are truly valued.
Looking forward to your application!
