THE MISSION
We aren't automating scripts ā we're deprecating the era of manual-heavy testing entirely. TestMu AI is building the world's first AI-native platform where Agentic Intelligence autonomously plans, authors, and self-heals the entire Quality Engineering lifecycle.
THE PILLARS OF IMPACT
š 1. People Project Ownership (50%) ā Own and execute people-related projects with tangible outcomes. ā Coordinate with stakeholders to align HR initiatives. ā Improve HR processes for greater efficiency, be an excellent coordinator. ā Solve real HR problems impacting business value.
āļø 2. Process Improvement (30%) ā Identify opportunities to enhance HR workflow. ā Implement solutions for seamless HR operations. ā Collaborate with teams to refine HR processes.
š§ 3. Stakeholder Coordination & Learning (20%) ā Work closely with HRBP for hands-on experience. ā Learn from senior leadership in People & Culture. ā Adapt to different people and situations effectively.

YOUR PATH
6-month internship with potential for full-time conversion based on performance. Reports to Chandni Chopra, VP of People & Culture, and works directly with Radhika Goel, HRBP. Opportunity to grow into a full-time role owning HR initiatives.
