THE PILLARS OF IMPACT

🚀 1. Sales Execution (50%) – Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. – Conduct thorough needs analysis to tailor solutions. – Develop client-centric product presentations. – Negotiate and close deals efficiently.

⚙️ 2. Client Relationship Management (30%) – Foster long-term client partnerships. – Address and resolve client issues promptly. – Maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

🧠 3. Market Insight & Strategy (20%) – Analyze market trends to identify opportunities. – Report on sales activities and market feedback. – Contribute to strategic sales planning.
