Job Introduction:
Manages an engineering team responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions. Oversees project execution, team performance, and cross-functional collaboration while fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Leads a team of software engineers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of platform features and services.

Manages day-to-day execution of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with roadmap priorities and timelines.

Collaborates with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliverables.

Mentors and develops engineers through regular feedback, career guidance, and performance evaluations.

Ensures engineering best practices are followed, including code reviews, testing, documentation, and DevOps standards.

Drives process improvements that enhance team productivity, code quality, and system scalability.
Basic Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in a leadership or management role

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Proficient in modern programming languages, software architecture, and development methodologies

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and scalable system design

Strong leadership, team-building, and project management skills
-
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
