The Role\n
Senior Site Reliability Engineer\n
- Managing Kubernetes clusters across multiple environments and regions\n- Owning infrastructure as code for all resources\n- Maintaining and improving CI/CD pipelines and GitOps-based deployments\n- Maintaining and optimize real-time data pipelines that process billions of events per day across distributed queues and stream processors\n- Building out monitoring, alerting, and observability\n- Debugging production issues across services\n- Managing cloud costs and capacity planning\n- Working closely with a small engineering team — you'd own infra, not a slice of it\n
What we're looking for\n
- 5-8 years in a DevOps or SRE role, working in production environments\n- Proven experience designing and operating large-scale, distributed systems, with a solid understanding of API design, reliability, and performance at scale\n- Strong Kubernetes experience in a managed cloud environment\n- Proficiency with infrastructure as code (Terraform or similar)\n- Experience with GitOps-based deployment workflows\n- Built or maintained observability stacks (logging, metrics, alerting)\n- Experience handling production incidents calmly and methodically\n
Nice to have:\n\n- Multi-region deployments\n- Search infrastructure\n- Data pipeline experience (streaming, warehousing)\n- Proxy/networking infrastructure at scale\n

Pay Transparency\n\nWe offer competitive compensation and benefits packages. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, the level at which the candidate is hired, and geographic location, consistent with applicable law.\n
Base Compensation Range\n$147,200 - $224,000 USD
