Team Coordinator - German Language

Experience -6 to 9

Notice Period -0 to 30 days

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily team operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes and service requests.
• Act as the primary point of contact for German-speaking employees, stakeholders, and business partners.
• Handle HR queries and employee requests in German and English, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
• Monitor team workloads, track service levels (SLAs), and ensure adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of employment contracts, letters, certificates, and other HR-related documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Identify process gaps, resolve operational issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Prepare reports, analyze operational metrics, and provide regular updates to management.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies, including government authorities, insurance providers, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct quality checks and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Team Coordination, or Customer Service environments.
• Fluency in German (B2/C1 level or higher) and English is mandatory.
• Experience working with HRMS/ERP systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM is preferred.
• Experience supporting international or European clients is an advantage.
