Job Description:

Title: Jr Test Engineer

Experience: 2 - 4 yrs

Responsibilities:

• Test case writing and review
• Test execution
• Manual test reporting and bug reporting
• Analysis of stories and bugs

Experience required:

• Strong manual testing skills
• Ability to prepare test designs and write test cases from requirements and execute tests
• Knowledge of the software testing life cycle and application life cycle

Competence:

• Good analytical skills
• Good team player
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to drive discussions with various stakeholders across geographical teams
• Ability to make right and quality-based technical decisions in the interest of the organization
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Self-starter and self-motivated
• Open mind and willingness to learn from peers and help them grow as testers

Qualification:

• Graduate from IT/Computers stream
• ISTQB CSTE or equivalent certification
