About the role

Hot Duties:

Build and maintain mission-critical US Healthcare software using modern.NET technologies and AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code. Solve complex production challenges, contribute to product enhancements, and grow into a technical leadership role.

Duties:

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise software while providing support for production systems.
  • Troubleshoot complex application, API, database, and integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
  • Deliver high-quality software following Agile practices, design patterns, and clean architecture.
  • Develop full-stack solutions using AI-assisted engineering tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code, following BMAD, SDD, and modern software engineering principles.
  • Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product teams to improve platform reliability, automate operational tasks, and continuously enhance product quality and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience in.NET software development with strong C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, and SQL Server skills.
  • Proven debugging and production troubleshooting abilities.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented design, SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean architecture.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD, Agile, and AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code.
  • Familiarity with BDD/TDD, writing structured technical specifications, and building maintainable software.
  • Experience in Azure, healthcare applications, or enterprise production support is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
