- Coordinate follow-up actions with contractors and project teams to close out identified hazards or deficiencies.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with project teams, contractor safety representatives, and internal stakeholders to support effective communication and alignment.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for safety-related training, briefings, and documentation distribution.
- Coordinate actions, meetings, deliverables, and follow-up activities across multiple projects and workstreams.
- Support review of existing as-built documentation, records, and project information to identify, organize, and communicate relevant data to project stakeholders.
- Partner with technical teams and stakeholders to gather information, resolve documentation gaps, and support planning and decision-making activities.
- Assist with contract administration, purchase orders, invoicing, consultant onboarding, and project controls activities.
- Identify opportunities to leverage digital tools, AI, automation, and standardization to improve execution.
