HR Trainee

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our HR team. The candidate will get practical exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment and interview process
• Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews
• Maintain candidate and employee records
• Assist with onboarding and documentation
• Support daily HR operations
• Coordinate with employees and internal teams
• Assist with HR reports and other administrative activities

Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment
• Good coordination and follow-up skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
• Good organizational skills
• Willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team

Eligibility

• MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field
• Minimum 6 months of internship experience is mandatory
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to work from office

Traineeship Details

• Traineeship Duration: 3 Months
• Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
• Working Hours: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM
• Based on performance during the traineeship, candidates will be considered for full-time employment
• Full-Time CTC: ₹3,00,000 per annum (₹25,000 per month)
