Job Description

The Role :

As a System Admin on the Business Systems team, you will play a key role in administering, improving, and scaling the systems that support StarRez’s go-to-market organization. Salesforce will be a primary area of focus, alongside HubSpot and a growing ecosystem of business systems supporting our Sales and Marketing teams. This is a hands-on, intermediate-to-advanced role for someone who enjoys solving complex systems and process challenges. You will partner with stakeholders across the business to translate operational needs into scalable system solutions, improve automation and data quality, troubleshoot cross-system issues, and help establish sustainable administration practices as StarRez continues to grow. While Salesforce and HubSpot will be central to the role, you will also have opportunities to broaden your expertise across platforms such as Clay, Qualified, and other related Business Systems. You will join a global team that is evolving from primarily Salesforce administration toward centralized ownership and governance of an increasingly interconnected business systems ecosystem.

What You Will Own:

  • Administer and optimize Salesforce through intermediate-to-advanced configuration, including Flow automation, objects and fields, page layouts, validation rules, permissions and security, data management, and other declarative platform capabilities.

System Admin — Business Systems

Support and administer HubSpot as a key platform within the GTM technology ecosystem, including configuration, automation, data quality, user support, and integrations with Salesforce and other business systems.

  • Design scalable system solutions by translating business requirements into well-structured workflows, automation, configurations, and processes that balance immediate business needs with long-term maintainability.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot cross-system processes and integrations, identifying root causes of data synchronization, automation, and workflow issues and partnering with internal teams or vendors where appropriate to implement sustainable solutions.
  • Improve data quality and system governance by supporting consistent data structures, lifecycle definitions, access controls, documentation, and administrative standards across Salesforce, HubSpot, and related systems.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and other stakeholders to understand business processes, identify opportunities for automation and efficiency, and continuously improve how teams use our systems.
  • Contribute to the broader Business Systems ecosystem, including platforms such as Clay, Qualified, and other related Business Systems, while helping develop scalable administration, documentation, testing, and change-management practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated professional experience administering Salesforce in an intermediate-to-advanced capacity within a production business environment.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce declarative administration, including Flow, object and data model configuration, permissions and security, validation rules, reporting, data management, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting business-critical systems and translating business requirements into scalable technical configurations and automated workflows.
  • Experience diagnosing complex system, data, and integration issues, with the ability to identify root causes rather than relying on short-term workarounds.
  • Strong understanding of CRM data quality, governance, and the dependencies between systems supporting go-to-market processes.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and other business functions.

System Admin — Business Systems:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and an emphasis on building maintainable solutions.

  • Ability to operate effectively as part of a distributed global team, independently manage priorities, and communicate clearly across teams and time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on HubSpot administration experience is strongly preferred, particularly experience supporting HubSpot in an environment where it integrates closely with Salesforce.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification and/or additional Salesforce certifications.
  • Experience administering or supporting additional GTM technologies such as Clay, Qualified, or comparable marketing, enrichment, automation, or revenue technology platforms.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce–HubSpot integrations and troubleshooting cross-platform data synchronization or automation issues.
  • Experience working within a growing SaaS or technology organization with a complex GTM technology ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with structured change management, release management, documentation, testing, and system governance practices.
  • Experience identifying opportunities to automate manual operational processes and improve efficiency through business systems.
