AGM (AI Delivery & Enterprise Success)

As AGM, AI Delivery & Enterprise Success, you will be accountable for how SquadStack's enterprise customers experience, adopt, and derive lasting value from our Voice AI platform. You will lead a team of AI Agent Product Managers and partner deeply with customers, from feasibility and onboarding through to stabilization and long-term success. This role sits at the intersection of product delivery, execution, customer success, deployment excellence, and business outcomes.

You will own the complete customer journey for a set of key accounts, ensuring that every deployment translates into measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with the pod leads and central teams to maintain execution excellence, strong account health, and scalable delivery practices.
