Job Description
About SquadStack.ai
SquadStack.ai is India's largest-scale Voice AI platform for consumer sales. Our Voice AI agents drive revenue by giving every lead the best pitch, on their preferred channel, at their preferred time, in their language.
We help 60+ leading brands like AngelOne, IndiaMART, Bankbazaar, Swiggy, Eureka Forbes, PhonePe, TATA Digital, TVS Motors, Amazon drive higher revenue with 2-3x lower CAC and a 10x better customer experience.
Driven by 200+ builders and backed by Blume Ventures, Chiratae Ventures, and Bertelsmann India Investments, we believe how we build matters as much as what we build. Our culture is not performative. It shows up in real ownership, high trust, and the space to do deep, thoughtful work.
We design work with people at the center. Careers here are not one-size-fits-all. Growth can be linear or non-linear. Leadership can be quiet or bold. Women at SquadStack build, lead, challenge, and influence without being pushed into a single mould.
We value outcomes over optics, trust over micromanagement, and progress that compounds over time.
If you're excited by AI, driven by purpose, and want your work to truly matter, there is space for you here.
Responsibilities
Sell
- Carry a personal quota of 5-6 large multi-million dollar enterprise accounts closed annually, sold at CXO level.
- Run the hardest deals in your POD yourself. Your standing with the team comes from selling, not from the title.
Lead
- Own the revenue number for a team of 3 to 4 enterprise sales managers: new logos plus cross-sell, with forecast accuracy as part of the goal.
- Coach on a cadence. MEDDPICC deal reviews that change deals rather than report on them, demo certification, discovery quality, pipeline hygiene.
- Ramp new reps onto their account decks and get them to first revenue faster than our current baseline.
- Diagnose honestly when a number is missed: rep, account quality or process. Act on the answer.
- Set targets across your team and rebalance account decks mid-quarter when the evidence says to.
Run it
- Forecast the number you commit. Surface risk before the quarter closes, not on the last day of it.
- Build the operating rhythm: daily standups, weekly pipeline review, account planning, win/loss reviews that change the play rather than produce a note.
- Keep CRM and funnel hygiene at a standard you enforce because you already practise it.
- Work with the pod GM on delivery, capacity and margin. Feed playbook and objection gaps to enablement as it gets built.
- Hire. At this growth rate you will be interviewing continuously.
Requirements
- 12 to 15 years in enterprise B2B SaaS or tech services sales, including at least 5 carrying or leading a team number.
- A closed-won list with multi-million dollar deals on it: multi-stakeholder, CXO-level, procurement and legal navigated end to end.
- Evidence you can coach rather than tell. Named reps you have ramped or turned around, and what specifically changed.
- MEDDPICC or an equivalent as daily practice, not vocabulary.
- A forecast commit history you are willing to show, and the discipline that produced it.
- Sold into Indian consumer enterprises: BFSI, e-commerce, logistics, edtech, healthtech, real estate or similar. You understand how these funnels and buying committees actually work.
