Key Requirements:

7+ years of QA/Testing experience
2+ years of experience in QA Lead/Team Lead or similar leadership role
Strong experience in Manual & Automation Testing
API Testing and SQL/Database Testing
Experience with JIRA and Agile/Scrum
Experience in defect management, RCA, and production issue validation
Good understanding of Performance Testing (JMeter preferred)
Experience with Playwright/Selenium and Python/Java is preferred
Strong team management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the QA team
Plan and manage QA activities across sprints and releases
Drive automation, API, database, regression, and integration testing
Monitor QA progress, quality metrics, risks, and release readiness
Coordinate with Development, Product, DevOps, DBA, and Business teams
Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and product quality
