Role Overview

Job role includes Diagnostics and troubleshooting of reported incidents,  Proactive performance fine-tuning, Administration, Service Request fulfilment, Housekeeping tasks, hands on support experience in large scale setup and maintenance of knowledge document repositories like Wiki, Confluence.

Job Description

• Strong Confluence Administrator (Data Center preferred)
• Java developer with Atlassian SDK experience
• Plugin/custom macro development experience
• Linux
  • Apache/NGINX knowledge
• LDAP/AD/SAML/SSO implementation experience
• Upgrade, migration, DR, clustering expertise
• Security audit/compliance exposure
• Strong RCA and production support mindset.

BE/BTech/Degree/Master Degree
