Java Developer

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Design, implement, and maintain Java-based applications with considerations for high-volume and low-latency requirements.
• Analyze user requirements and define business objectives to guide application development.
• Envision system features and functionality, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and test software to meet specified requirements and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Create detailed design documentation and propose enhancements to existing Java infrastructure.
• Develop technical designs for application development, including multimedia applications.
• Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code.
• Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.
• Manage Java and Java EE application development processes.
• Develop user documentation to facilitate application usage.
• Transform business requirements into technical specifications.
• Prepare and release software components, ensuring readiness for production deployment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by exploring new technologies and presenting ideas for architectural review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Min 3 to 5 years as a Java Developer or similar role.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in developing web applications using Angular, JSF, Java, J2EE, Microservices, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of Java programming language fundamentals and associated frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
• Extensive experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Integration, and JSF.
• Experience in designing and developing Java-based applications with an emphasis on performance optimization.
• Proficiency in software development methodologies and tools.
• Solid knowledge of database technologies (SQL, ORM) and web services (RESTful, SOAP).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
