Quality Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer / Senior QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Manual Testing, web and mobile application testing, and experience working in Agile environments. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, client-facing experience, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end Manual Testing of web and mobile applications.
• Design, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
• Conduct Functional and Non-Functional Testing to ensure product quality and performance.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and discuss testing outcomes.
• Ensure applications meet quality standards, usability expectations, and business requirements.
• Support UAT activities and production releases when required.
• Guide and mentor junior QA team members where applicable.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI-based applications, including Chatbots or other AI-driven solutions.
• Basic understanding of Automation Testing concepts and tools.
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools.
• Experience working in fast-paced product or service-based environments.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
