Lead Industrial Designer

Roles and Responsibilities:\n- Lead industrial design strategy from concept to production.\n- Develop and refine concepts through sketches, CAD models, and prototypes.\n- Ensure feasibility and manufacturability in collaboration with engineering teams.\n- Define materials, finishes, and ergonomics for optimal usability.\n- Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance interaction design.\n- Align designs with branding for a cohesive product experience.\n- Present concepts to stakeholders and leadership.\n- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.\n\n### Preferred Qualifications:\n- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field.\n- 7+ years of experience in industrial design, with a strong portfolio in robotics, automation, or hardware.\n- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Rhino, etc.) and rendering tools (KeyShot, Blender).\n- Experience with human-centered design and ergonomic principles.\n- Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing, and production techniques.\n- Experience designing robotic systems, consumer electronics, or automation products.\n- Familiarity with UI/UX principles for hardware interfaces.\n- Knowledge of rapid prototyping (3D printing, CNC machining).\n- Understanding of mechanical engineering and hardware collaboration.\n
