Data Product Manager

Responsibilities:\n- Oversee platform and product roadmap, balancing current priorities with future strategic planning.\n- Set and monitor quarterly goals for the Squad.\n- Break down requirements of major platform initiatives into actionable tasks.\n- Document, monitor, and revise various artifacts to support application development: PRD, process maps, use cases, UAT, project plans, knowledge bank, and release notes.\n- Craft user stories and facilitate grooming sessions with cross-functional teams.\n- Prioritize and monitor progress to ensure a top-notch customer experience.\n- Resolve issues and remove obstacles hindering product delivery.\n- Act as an expert on product offerings for both internal and external stakeholders.\n- Address customer requests and operational needs promptly.\n- Conduct market assessments, user interviews, and testing.\n- Demonstrate strong project management skills to ensure quality delivery.\n- Influence stakeholders with objective arguments.\n- Provide regular updates to align squad initiatives with organizational priorities.\n\nProfile Requirements:\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Background in Construction Architecture is advantageous.\n- At least 5+ years of (mandatory) experience building a Data Product \u00a0 \n- At least 8+ years of product management experience, with hands-on SaaS product management experience; Enterprise B2B experience preferred\n- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate requirements into design concepts.\n- Strong background in platform products is a plus.\n- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence across departments.\n- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.\n- Experience in web product design and understanding of web technology.\n- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and working with Scrum teams.
