Job Description

Join a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults. We fill your caseload, handle the administrative work, and surround you with the support and clinical community you need to thrive — all from the comfort of home. We believe exceptional care starts with an exceptional clinician experience, which is why we go above and beyond for our therapists, as you will see in our reviews.

About Sailor Health Sailor Health is on a mission to empower happier, healthier aging for older adults. Through Medicare-covered therapy, dedicated care navigation, and Healthcare Advocacy, we help seniors navigate grief, loss, isolation, and life's hardest transitions with more ease and peace of mind. Our model is built around their needs and yours: patients receive holistic, wraparound support while you focus on delivering effective therapy.

We believe clinicians do their best work when they have the freedom to focus on patients, without feeling isolated or left to navigate challenges alone. At Sailor, you'll be part of a mission-driven community of bilingual therapists who care deeply about improving later life, with dedicated provider support, ongoing clinical consultation, and a team that is invested in your growth and success.

Responsibilities As a bilingual licensed therapist at Sailor Health, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults in a virtual setting
  • Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Spanish, meeting patients in their language and cultural context
  • Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
  • Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
  • Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings

Who Thrives at Sailor Bilingual clinicians who are mission-aligned and passionate about serving older adults. You find meaning in working with patients through grief, life transitions, and late-life challenges. You understand that meeting a patient in their native language is one of the most powerful things a therapist can offer. Whether you're later in your own career or have built your practice around this population, you want to be part of a real team, not a solo clinician handed a login and wished luck.

Qualifications

  • Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
  • Licensed in Florida
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish — able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish
  • Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
  • Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
  • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
  • Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way

Apply Today If you're a bilingual therapist looking for flexibility, genuine support, and a chance to make a real difference in the lives of Spanish-speaking older adults, Sailor Health could be the perfect fit. Our recruiting team is ready to guide you through the process every step of the way.
