Position Summary:
Revere Health is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Foot and Ankle Surgery to join our premier Orthopedics department. This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a thriving, high-volume practice with a robust referral base and the support of a physician-led organization. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering comprehensive care for patients with foot and ankle conditions, utilizing advanced surgical techniques and evidence-based approaches to restore function, mobility, and quality of life.
Essential Job Functions:
- Perform a broad range of foot and ankle surgical procedures, including trauma, reconstruction, deformity correction, and arthroscopy.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with acute injuries, chronic conditions, and degenerative disorders of the foot and ankle.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physical therapists and primary care providers, to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes.
- Maintain a high standard of patient-centered care, aligning with Revere Health’s commitment to value-based medicine and improved health outcomes.
- Participate in departmental meetings, peer reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Engage with the local medical community to maintain and grow a strong patient referral network.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Successful completion of an Orthopedic Surgery Residency.
- Fellowship training in Foot and Ankle Surgery.
- Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of Utah (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary care.
