About The Role

Replit is where millions of people learn to build software - and our documentation and learning content are where they get going or give up. We're taking ownership of that experience, and we're looking for a Learning Experience Creator who can make it worthy of the product: someone who turns product knowledge into experiences people actually use - clear written docs, guided learning, short video, interactive experiences - findable at the moment of need, accurate every time, and genuinely enjoyable.

What You'll Own

• New documentation and learning content.

How You'll Work With The Team

• With our Technical Customer Education Specialist for accuracy and depth.
• With our Sr. Learning Experience Lead on what content is needed and what's working.
• With our docs and product partners on launches.
• With the hiring manager and the wider team to scale our content capability together.

Bonus

• Experience writing or maintaining developer or product documentation (docs-as-code, Markdown-based platforms) - and a feel for content lifecycle at scale.
• Hands-on with AI-native build or content tools (Replit) and modern editing/production workflows.
• Instructional design fundamentals - you know why a checklist beats a paragraph and when a video beats both.
• A feel for discoverability and search - how people (and AI assistants) find content and how to help them.
• Experience running a content channel, editorial calendar, or creator program with an audience - bonus points if something you made really took off.
