About the role
Position Overview:
Remote People is looking for a creative, commercially minded Growth & Field Marketing Manager to make our brand more human, engaging, and recognizable while building a stronger field marketing program.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn ideas into high-quality content, compelling events, and meaningful commercial outcomes. You will own organic social, particularly LinkedIn, create video-first brand content, and develop events and activations that help drive conversations and pipeline.
Working closely with Sales, leadership, customers, and external partners, you will help tell the Remote People story in a more distinctive and memorable way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow Remote People’s organic social presence, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
- Create engaging, video-first content, including short-form videos, employee and customer stories, executive thought leadership, and recurring social concepts.
- Help develop a more modern, differentiated, and human external brand.
- Own field marketing strategy and execute events across priority markets.
- Manage event selection, sponsorships, activations, logistics, vendors, and on-site execution.
- Partner with AEs and SDRs on pre-, during-, and post-event plans that generate meetings and pipeline.
- Turn events into content and campaigns that extend their reach beyond attendees.
- Support customer advocacy initiatives, including testimonials, case studies, customer panels, and success stories.
- Partner with leaders and employees on personal-brand and thought-leadership content.
- Track performance and use insights to improve campaigns, events, and content over time.
Qualifications:
- 2–4+ years of relevant experience in field marketing, social media, content, brand, events, or integrated marketing.
- Excellent creative judgment and a strong eye for brand, storytelling, video, and social content.
- Hands-on content creator who is comfortable producing and executing work directly, not only managing agencies.
- Proven experience planning and delivering events, activations, sponsorships, or field marketing campaigns.
- Strong project-management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Commercial mindset and confidence working closely with sales teams.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to take an idea from concept through execution.
Desirable:
- Experience in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or another fast-paced technology environment.
- Experience creating LinkedIn content for a B2B brand or senior executives.
- Video editing, basic design, or other hands-on creative-production skills.
- Experience measuring event ROI, campaign performance, and pipeline impact.
- Experience working in a globally distributed, remote-first company.
