Job Role:

Associate Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market opportunities in the [Healthcare/Logistics/AI] sector.
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, competitive analysis, and business priorities.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure successful product delivery and implementation.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including gathering requirements, creating user stories, and overseeing development sprints.
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve product features and usability.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements in the [Healthcare/Logistics/AI] domains.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager or Associate Product Manager in the [Healthcare/Logistics/AI] industry.
• Strong understanding of order management, fleet management, and related domains.
• Experience in defining and driving product roadmap and strategy.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience with agile/scrum methodologies.
• Previous experience working in startup environments.
• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
