The Manager, Client Media Solutions serves as a day-to-day leader responsible for the successful planning, execution, and stewardship of integrated media programs for pharma and life sciences clients. This role combines strong media planning fundamentals, financial and operational rigor, client partnership, and project leadership to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned to client objectives.

This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Indianapolis, or San Francisco—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.

What You'll Do

• Own media plans, flowcharts, budget summaries, project trackers, timelines, and workflow documentation across assigned accounts and brands.
• Execute and manage campaign work orders, service requests, deliverable rotations, approvals, and project timelines from planning through launch.
• Support the development of integrated media recommendations by conducting research, gathering marketplace intelligence, evaluating vendor opportunities, and managing RFP processes.
• Collaborate with media partners and vendors to identify direct-buy opportunities and negotiate recommendations with guidance from senior team members.
• Monitor campaign pacing, budget performance, and financial health, proactively identifying variances and partnering with Business Operations on invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Serve as a day-to-day client contact, providing project updates, meeting recaps, and ongoing communication across internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead campaign stewardship efforts, ensuring plans are executed accurately and align with approved client objectives and budgets.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Analytics, Omnichannel Strategy, Activation, Creative, Influencer, CRM, and Client Services teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Translate strategic direction from senior team members into accurate, high-quality deliverables and actionable recommendations.
• Support the development of junior team members by reviewing work, providing feedback, and helping ensure quality and process adherence.

This Position is a Perfect Fit for You If

• Our values of Best Together, Impact Obsessed, Excellence Expected, Evolve Always, and Accountability with an "I" genuinely reflect how you work and collaborate.
• You are equally comfortable discussing campaign strategy, managing details, and ensuring flawless execution.
• You enjoy owning projects from start to finish and can effectively balance multiple priorities across brands and clients.
• You are naturally organized and thrive in environments that require strong attention to detail, budget management, and project coordination.
• You are a proactive problem solver who can independently navigate day-to-day challenges while escalating larger strategic or commercial decisions appropriately.
• You enjoy building relationships with clients, partners, and cross-functional teams and are viewed as a dependable, solutions-oriented contributor.
• You can communicate clearly and confidently, tailoring information appropriately for internal and external audiences.
• You embrace new technologies, data, and AI-enabled tools that help improve planning, collaboration, and performance.

What You Should Have

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in media planning, media account management, client services, integrated marketing, or agency environments.
• Experience managing media plans, budgets, timelines, and campaign documentation across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Strong understanding of digital media channels, including programmatic, social, search, endemic, and other paid media tactics.
• Experience partnering with media vendors and supporting RFP, proposal evaluation, and recommendation development processes.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience managing budgets, pacing, invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and media planning tools such as Prisma, Mediaocean, Comscore, Pathmatics, Kantar, Telmar, or similar platforms.
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences marketing experience is preferred.
• Experience mentoring junior team members or interns is a plus.

At Real Chemistry, we believe we're at our best when we're connected. Our Real Hybrid and Regional Teams (Real HART) approach is designed to foster collaboration, learning, innovation, and meaningful relationships while providing flexibility where appropriate. Because our workforce spans multiple countries, regions, and client needs, work arrangements may vary by role and location. Some positions offer hybrid or remote flexibility, while others require regular in-office presence. For example, certain teams and regions, including some of our UK operations, have office-based requirements. Your recruiter will discuss the specific expectations for the role you're pursuing during the interview process and keep you informed throughout the hiring journey. For employees located within a one-hour commute of a Real Chemistry office, we require in-person attendance two days per week, either from a Real Chemistry office or when working onsite with clients. Employees in regions without a nearby office may work remotely and come together throughout the year for collaboration, culture-building, learning, and team connection opportunities. While these guidelines reflect our current workplace model, we understand that everyone’s circumstances are unique. If you require additional flexibility, we welcome an open conversation with your recruiter and our HR team to discuss your needs and determine what may be possible.
