Real Chemistry Media is a fully integrated media, analytics, technology, and customer engagement organization that helps healthcare brands create meaningful, measurable connections with healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers, and consumers. Our teams bring together media, omnichannel strategy, analytics, CRM, creative, influencer, technology, medical communications, integrated communications, and engagement expertise to design connected customer experiences that drive business outcomes across the healthcare ecosystem.

As a Supervisor, you'll serve as a key client contact, a confident strategic contributor, and a hands-on team leader—owning tactical recommendations, leading the RFP process, and supervising a pod of Associates through Senior Managers to deliver integrated, high-quality work. In this role, you'll bring together deep digital and omnichannel expertise, proactive client communication, and a natural mentorship style to elevate both the work and the people around you.

This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices—including Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or Lambertville—or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.

What you'll do:

• Play a lead role partnering with strategy on overall plan development; own tactical recommendations across assigned accounts spanning omnichannel, CRM, MarTech, creative, and digital workstreams.
• Lead the RFP process, evaluate vendor proposals, and contribute to negotiations with publisher and technology partners.
• Coordinate with delivery and technology partners on measurement and tracking implementation; continually improve operational processes across the pod.
• Act as the key day-to-day client contact; facilitate and lead client status meetings, present omnichannel and integrated recommendations, and deliver campaign analytics directly to clients.
• Maintain proactive client communication that keeps clients informed and confident in the agency's approach.
• Supervise workflow and deadlines across Associate through Senior Manager-level colleagues; lead internal team syncs to communicate and manage priorities across the pod.
• Manage the team to deliver quality assurance, campaign analysis, and performance against plan — including QA of all ad placements and the financial accuracy behind them.
• Monitor financial performance for assigned brands; partner with Biz Ops on campaign authorizations and vendor reconciliation to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead internal training of junior team members, provide timely feedback, and contribute to performance evaluation processes.
• Mentor the planning bench, assist in hiring new team members, and model a collaborative, adaptable leadership style.
• Proactively identify, resolve, or escalate issues; deliver POVs that demonstrate industry knowledge and strategic thinking.

This position is a perfect fit for you if:

• Our Company values – Best Together, Impact-Obsessed, Excellence Expected, Evolve Always and Accountability with an "I" – really speak to you.
• You are adaptable, resilient, and OK with adjusting your scope, responsibilities, and focus as we grow. When things change, so do we. We're always evolving.
• You are proactive, driven, and resourceful with strong prioritization skills and a desire to dive into the data.
• You are a highly organized self-starter, able to work independently and under tight deadlines.

What you should have:

• 6–8 years of experience in digital marketing, client services, omnichannel strategy, or a related agency environment.
• Demonstrated expertise across omnichannel, CRM, MarTech, and customer experience, with the ability to lead tactical planning and present recommendations confidently to clients.
• Proven experience leading RFP processes, evaluating vendor proposals, and contributing to negotiations.
• Track record of supervising and developing junior to mid-level team members, with strong skills in workflow management, quality assurance, and priority-setting.
• Strong financial acumen — comfortable owning budget oversight, campaign authorizations, and reconciliation processes for assigned brands.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; a confident presenter who performs well under pressure and across varied client cultures.
• Experience with project management tools (Workfront, Asana) and digital marketing platforms, measurement, and reporting tools.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to deliver POVs grounded in industry knowledge.
• Experience assisting in hiring and onboarding new team members a plus.
• Healthcare, pharma, or regulated industry experience a plus.

Our Real Hybrid and Regional Teams (Real HART) approach is designed to foster collaboration, learning, innovation, and meaningful relationships while providing flexibility where appropriate. Because our workforce spans multiple countries, regions, and client needs, work arrangements may vary by role and location.
