The role is responsible for maintaining tight feedback loops between site and product development to enable rapid and informed resolution for smooth customer experience.
• Conceptualise user/payer needs and gaps into actionable product insights, prioritizing issues based on impact, and ensuring that fixes and enhancements are delivered in alignment with broader product goals.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of product operations by documenting deployment learnings, refining playbooks, and helping standardize US-specific workflows. This includes improving onboarding materials, deployment SOPs, and internal processes to reduce time-to-value and support scalable growth across multiple health systems.
