Manager, Merchandising - Outdoor Furniture

The Merchandising Manager, Outdoor Furniture role is responsible for delighting Quince’s growing customer base by expanding and managing the Outdoor Furniture product assortment on Quince.

The role involves owning the Outdoor Furniture assortment strategy, launching and expanding new and adjacent product types, leading sample feedback and approvals for new products, leveraging data and customer insights to optimize the assortment, identifying whitespace in the assortment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive category success. The position requires acting as the category expert, balancing data-driven decisions with creative storytelling, and coordinating with Sourcing, Marketing, Site, and Creative teams.

Qualifications include: based in San Francisco, 3 days per week in office; 8-10 years of retail merchandising experience in home furnishings (outdoor furniture preferred); ecommerce or DTC experience preferred; proven track record of growth; product-minded with data tools experience; strong communication and organizational skills; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Pay range: $135,000 – $155,000 USD
