Lead Java Backend Engineer

We shine the brightest when we tap into the many dimensions that thrive across over 21,000 difference-makers in our workplace.\n\nWork Experience\n### Required Skills\n- 5-10 years of experience in backend development\n- Strong experience in Java (8 or above)\n- Hands-on expertise with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data\n- Solid understanding of REST API design principles\n- Experience with Micro-services architecture\n- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)\n- Experience with Docker / Kubernetes\n- Good understanding of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)\n- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines\n\nGood to Have\n- Hands-on with API automation testing (Rest Assured, Postman, Karate, etc.)\n- Exposure to event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ)\n- Knowledge of security best practices (OAuth2, JWT)\n
