Job Requirements\n### Key Responsibilities:\n- Design and develop scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot\n- Build and maintain microservices architecture\n- Develop and consume RESTful APIs\n- Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms like AWS / PCF\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, DevOps) to deliver features end-to-end\n- Optimise application performance and troubleshoot production issues\n- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code (yes, people still say this)\n- Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices\n\nWe are known for our extraordinary people who make the impossible possible every day. We shine the brightest when we tap into the many dimensions that thrive across over 21,000 difference-makers in our workplace.\n\nWork Experience\n### Required Skills\n- 5-10 years of experience in backend development\n- Strong experience in Java (8 or above)\n- Hands-on expertise with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data\n- Solid understanding of REST API design principles\n- Experience with Micro-services architecture\n- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)\n- Experience with Docker / Kubernetes\n- Good understanding of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)\n- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines\n\nGood to Have\n- Hands-on with API automation testing (Rest Assured, Postman, Karate, etc.)\n- Exposure to event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ)\n- Knowledge of security best practices (OAuth2, JWT)\n
