About the role

Role Overview:

Senior Full Stack Developer (Next.js / Node.js + AI Workflows)

Compensation and Notice Period:

  • Budget: ₹6.00 LPA – ₹12.00 LPA
  • Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Max

Key Requirements and Criteria:

  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Next.js (App Router, Server Components) and Node.js (Express / NestJS) / React.js.
  • AI Tooling and Automation (Mandatory): Daily active usage of AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) with an expectation to automate 70%–80% of coding and workflows.
  • Database and Architecture: Production experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or ClickHouse, along with RESTful APIs / GraphQL and authentication flow implementation.
  • Communication: Strong technical communication skills.
  • Location: Based in Pune or ready to relocate immediately.
