The ideal candidate has experience supporting international, ideally U.S.-based, executives, with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work smoothly across time zones.
What you'll do
1. Business development support (primary)

- Plan and execute virtual and in-person engagement activities that strengthen relationships.
3. Travel and logistics (secondary)
- Manage end-to-end travel planning for leaders, including flights, hotels, and local logistics.
- Support visa applications, itineraries, and schedule coordination for international travel.
What you'll bring
Must have

- Strong proficiency with technology platforms such as SharePoint and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of professional email etiquette.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organisational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and handle time zone differences effectively.
- Availability until 12 pm ET on two days per week (not necessarily all five). A later start to the day is fine.
Nice to have
- Quick learner who readily adopts new digital tools (e.g., ChatGPT, workflow automation tools).
