Project Manager - Teamcenter

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Teamcenter workstreams, including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate across business, engineering, IT, and external implementation partners to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, release planning, sprint execution, and status reporting.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, business process reviews, solution design discussions, and deployment readiness activities.
• Oversee UAT planning, defect management, and production cutover activities.
• Support change management, user adoption, training, and business readiness efforts.
• Ensure alignment with Project Engineering Modernization objectives and governance standards.

Required Experience:

• 8+ years of project/program management experience in enterprise application delivery.
• Proven experience managing Siemens Teamcenter implementations, enhancements, or support programs.
• Experience with Teamcenter implementation/configuration solutions.
• Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), engineering workflows, document management, BOM management, and change control processes.
• Experience coordinating global cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with engineering digital transformation or modernization programs.
• Knowledge of integrations involving SAP, CAD systems, Polarion, or related engineering platforms.
• PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.

Expected Deliverables:

• Project plans and governance reporting.
• RAID management and mitigation plans.
• Release and deployment management.
• Business and IT stakeholder coordination.
• Implementation and adoption tracking.
• Executive status reporting and steering committee support.
• Successful delivery of Teamcenter initiatives within agreed scope, schedule, and quality targets.
