Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of sales positions, from sourcing and screening through offer and hire.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support ongoing and recurring hiring needs.
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, direct outreach, and other creative sourcing channels.
- Conduct candidate screens focused on sales experience, communication skills, motivation, performance history, and overall fit.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, hiring profiles, and workforce demands.
- Manage multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines simultaneously while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
- Track recruiting activity, pipeline movement, interviews, offers, hires, and other key recruiting metrics.
- Identify recruiting trends, pipeline gaps, and opportunities to improve speed, quality, and conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate and timely applicant records within the client’s ATS and People Science’s proprietary recruitment platform, HireGate.
- Participate in hiring events, recruiting campaigns, referral initiatives, and other high-volume talent attraction strategies.
- Ensure consistent communication and follow-up with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting high-volume sales or customer-facing positions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a large number of requisitions and candidates simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Experience recruiting for roles such as Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Retail Sales, Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, Direct Sales, or Call Center Sales.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and candidate management skills.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology.
- Comfortable working toward defined recruiting KPIs, hiring goals, and service-level expectations.
Preferred
- Experience recruiting within telecommunications, retail, financial services, technology, consumer services, or another high-volume sales organization.
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed or multi-location hiring.
- Experience with evergreen requisitions and continuous pipeline-building strategies.
- Familiarity with recruiting analytics, funnel conversion metrics, and recruiter productivity reporting.
- Experience leveraging sourcing technology and AI-enabled recruiting tools to increase recruiter efficiency.
