Job Description

About the role:\nAs Deal Desk Manager, you will own the end-to-end transaction lifecycle for our enterprise sales motion from deal structuring and pricing approval to order form execution and systems hygiene. You'll sit at the intersection of Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal, and Finance, serving as the connective tissue that gets complex deals across the finish line accurately and efficiently.\n\n### Areas of ownership:\n- Order Form Execution: Own the order form process end to end, reviewing, structuring, and executing new business and renewal agreements for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance.\n- Deal Structuring and Pricing: Partner with AEs and sales leadership to structure non-standard deals, apply pricing exceptions, and route approvals to the right stakeholders.\n- CRM and Revenue Systems Stewardship: Serve as the primary CRM steward for deal data, maintaining accuracy across deal stages, line items, contract terms, and booking records, while identifying and resolving data integrity issues across CRM, CPQ, billing, and ERP systems.\n- Contract Review and Legal Coordination: Support contract review, flagging inconsistencies and coordinating with Legal on non-standard terms.\n- Process and Documentation: Build and maintain scalable internal processes, including approval workflows, deal checklists, exception tracking, and audit trails, alongside clean deal documentation, playbooks, templates, and escalation guides.\n\n### Who you are:\n- 3–5 years in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related function at a B2B SaaS company\n- Strong command of order form mechanics: parties, terms, pricing structures, payment schedules, and booking logic\n- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM/CPQ, comfortable querying and auditing deal data\n- High attention to detail, able to catch a currency mismatch, a missing start date, or the wrong entity before it ships\n- Experience using AI to streamline workflows\n\n### Our recruiting process:\nTalent Acquisition → Hiring Manager → Technical Interview(s) → Bar Raiser\n\n### Why Parloa?\nWe’re at the beginning of a new era in customer experience, one where AI doesn’t just respond, but understands, reasons, and takes action. We’re building agentic AI that enterprises trust with their most important customer moments: complex questions, high volumes, real stakes. When millions of people reach out to a brand, those interactions aren’t just support tickets; they’re defining experiences. We’re here to raise the standard: making every conversation seamless, intelligent, and genuinely helpful. If you care about shaping how businesses and customers connect at scale—and want your work to matter in real, everyday moments—this is where you do it.\n\nAt Parloa, ownership isn’t a buzzword; it means being accountable for outcomes, not just tasks. We operate in a category that’s evolving fast, where the bar is high, and the problems are complex. We hire people who think in solutions, communicate with clarity, and follow through. People who are comfortable making decisions, taking responsibility, and raising the standard for themselves and those around them.\n\nWe’ve grown beyond the earliest startup phase, but we’ve kept the intensity: fast execution, direct feedback, and a strong expectation to contribute meaningfully from day one.\n\nBacked by leading global investors like General Catalyst, EQT Ventures, and Altimeter Capital, we’re scaling with a clear ambition: to become the global category leader in enterprise-grade conversational AI.\n\nSalary Range includes OTE
