Position : Scrum Master
Immediate joiner

Exp : 10 years
Act as a servant leader and Agile coach to one or more Scrum teams.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Guide the team on Agile/Scrum principles, and help them become self-organizing and high-performing.
- Identify, track, and help remove impediments and blockers.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a healthy, prioritized backlog.
- Monitor sprint progress using metrics like velocity, burndown charts, and cumulative flow diagrams.
- Shield the team from external disruptions and distractions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by conducting retrospectives and tracking actionable improvements.
- Promote cross-functional team collaboration and ownership.
- Work with other Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and stakeholders to improve the overall Agile maturity of the organization.
