DevOps Architect

Job Overview:

Lead enterprise DevSecOps transformation by standardizing CI/CD pipelines, Git branching strategies, release governance, and application environment provisioning. Drive automation, security integration, platform modernization, and DevSecOps best practices across the organization to enable consistent, scalable, and secure software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps/DevSecOps architecture, transformation, and platform engineering initiatives.
• Lead enterprise-wide DevSecOps transformation programs focused on standardizing CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, release processes, and application environment provisioning.
• Assess existing DevSecOps practices, identify gaps, and define target-state architecture, governance models, and operating frameworks.
• Design and implement scalable DevSecOps solutions leveraging tools such as GitHub Actions, JFrog Artifactory/X-Ray, Coverity, BlackDuck, ArgoCD, Harness, Splunk, Dynatrace, and CyberArk.
• Define and implement CI/CD pipeline standards, reusable templates, YAML frameworks, and automation best practices from the ground up.
• Establish standardized software delivery processes across multiple application teams and technology platforms.
• Provide strategic recommendations on DevSecOps best practices, security integration, compliance controls, and automation opportunities.
• Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code, GitOps principles, deployment automation, and release management best practices.
• Collaborate with application, security, infrastructure, and platform teams to ensure consistent DevSecOps implementation across environments.
• Support DevSecOps toolchain governance, integration, optimization, and lifecycle management.
• Define engineering metrics, KPIs, and continuous improvement practices to measure DevSecOps maturity and delivery efficiency.
• Work across hybrid environments including Red Hat OpenShift, AWS, Azure, and On-Prem infrastructure.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience, with the ability to influence senior technology leadership.
• Experience leading DevSecOps assessments, transformation roadmaps, and organizational change initiatives.
• Excellent problem-solving, architecture design, mentoring, and technical leadership skills.
