About This Role
We are looking for a Data Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Snowflake, SQL, and Python to build scalable data pipelines, analytical data models, and reliable data platforms. The role will also involve working with emerging Snowflake AI capabilities such as Cortex, Semantic Views, and Cortex Agents.

Qualifications
- 2–5 years of Data Engineering experience
- Strong SQL and Snowflake
- Strong understanding of Data Warehousing & Data Modeling
- Experience with ETL/ELT and data pipelines
- Good understanding of data quality and troubleshooting
- Experience with Git/GitHub
- Understanding of Snowflake security/RBAC
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities & Duties
- Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines and analytical datasets using Snowflake and SQL.
- Build scalable data models, data marts, and reporting datasets.
- Integrate data from databases, APIs, files, and cloud storage.
- Implement data quality, validation, reconciliation, and monitoring.
- Troubleshoot pipeline failures, SQL issues, and source-data discrepancies.
- Implement Snowflake RBAC, roles, grants, and access controls following security best practices.
- Optimize Snowflake queries, warehouses, and data pipelines for performance and cost.
- Work with Snowflake Cortex, Semantic Views, Cortex Analyst/Agents, and Snowpark for AI-driven analytics and data applications.
- Collaborate with AI Engineers, Analysts, and business teams to convert requirements into production-ready data solutions.
- Use Git/GitHub and follow development, code-review, and deployment practices.
