Roles and Responsibilities:

Associate Architect needed by o9 Solutions, Inc. to design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale data integration solutions to support supply chain planning and analytics platforms.

• Translate defined functional and data requirements into technical designs and implement scalable data pipelines and data models.
• Develop and maintain batch-oriented ETL processes to extract, transform, and load large volumes of structured and semi-structured data from relational databases, flat files, and spreadsheets into analytical and planning platforms.
• Build and optimize complex datasets to support forecasting, optimization, and reporting use cases.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL-based transformations and data processing logic using SQL Server, MySQL, Delta Lake, and Apache Spark.
• Use ANSI SQL, T-SQL, PySpark, and SparkSQL to perform data validation, transformation, aggregation, and integration.
• Collaborate with solution architects and technical teams to define data schemas, data quality rules, and platform configuration specifications.
• Implement technical configurations in the planning platform based on approved technical designs.
• Design and execute data validation, integration, and system test cases, identify data issues, and support defect resolution through deployment.
• Develop standardized testing procedures and support automation of data validation where applicable.
• Support production deployments and resolve data integration issues in collaboration with internal engineering and product teams.
• Document technical designs, data mappings, and integration logic to support maintainability and operational support.
• Utilize agile development methodologies to deliver large-scale enterprise data engineering and integration solutions supporting supply chain planning or logistics systems.
• Deliver solutions across the full implementation lifecycle, including data requirements analysis, technical design, data pipeline development, system and user acceptance testing, and production deployment.
• Work with data architecture and data models supporting supply chain planning domains such as demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/IBP, or scheduling.
• Design and maintain batch-oriented ETL pipelines and data orchestration workflows for large-scale enterprise data environments.
• Use data integration patterns, data quality validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a Master's degree in Quantitative and Computational Finance or Operations Research and 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience in a related occupation designing, developing, and implementing enterprise data integration solutions supporting supply chain planning or logistics systems.

Related experience should include delivering solutions across the full implementation lifecycle, supporting large-scale enterprise implementations using agile delivery methodologies, working with data architectures and data models for supply chain planning domains, utilizing relational and distributed data platforms (SQL Server, Delta Lake, Apache Spark), utilizing SQL and distributed data processing languages (ANSI SQL, T-SQL, PySpark, SparkSQL), designing and maintaining batch-oriented ETL pipelines and data orchestration workflows, and using data integration patterns, data quality validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
