Job Description
About the Role
We're hiring a Solutions Architect to work from our India office and serve as the technical and strategic partner for Nurix's US clients.
This role is heavily pre-sales focused — you'll be the person who wins deals by making complex AI solutions feel tangible, credible, and achievable to enterprise buyers. You'll sit at the intersection of pre-sales and professional services — scoping custom solutions, designing integrations, and ensuring enterprise clients see a clear path from purchase to production value.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the pre-sales technical process end-to-end — from first discovery call to signed SOW, you are the person who makes prospects confident they're buying the right solution
- Lead technical discovery and solution design during the sales cycle, translating client business objectives into detailed Statements of Work (SOWs)
- Architect custom implementations, data integrations, and workflow configurations that fit into clients' existing tech stacks
- Partner with sales to demo the platform, respond to RFPs, and articulate technical value in terms of ROI and business outcomes
- Scope project timelines, technical requirements, and resource needs for large-scale enterprise rollouts
- Act as the technical authority in client conversations — comfortable whiteboarding architecture, reviewing APIs, and walking through code samples when needed
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure what you sell can be delivered successfully
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years in a technical client-facing role at a B2B SaaS or platform company — ideally in professional services, solutions engineering, or technical consulting
- Strong technical foundation: you can read/write code, understand APIs, design data architectures, and troubleshoot integration challenges
- Business acumen: you think in terms of customer outcomes, adoption curves, and expansion revenue — not just features
- Proven ability to scope and deliver complex enterprise implementations, including authoring SOWs and managing technical expectations
- Excellent communicator who can toggle between writing code snippets and presenting business cases to C-suite stakeholders
- Experience working with US clients and across time zones; comfortable with async collaboration and occasional late-evening calls
- Bonus: background in AI/ML platforms, workflow automation, data integration, or vertical SaaS
