Engineering Manager, Content Onboarding

Notion’s Content Onboarding team builds the systems that help customers move content into Notion, get started faster, and keep growing reliably over time. The role matters because one of Notion’s core differentiators is replacing multiple tools — and that only becomes real when customers can get their information out of those tools and into Notion with confidence. You’ll partner with product and engineering leaders to shape the future of our content importers, internal administrative tooling, and compliance workflows like exports. This role is based in Hyderabad, India. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
