About the role

Role Summary:

Provide functional support for the MyEvolv application, ensuring timely resolution of user issues, form corrections, access management, and support for billing-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve MyEvolv support tickets within SLA.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues.
  • Perform MyEvolv form corrections and updates.
  • Support billing-related projects and enhancements.
  • Handle application access requests and user provisioning.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for issue resolution.
  • Prepare and share status reports on developments and support activities.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in application support and ticket management.
  • Knowledge of MyEvolv or similar enterprise applications.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and team coordination abilities.
  • Understanding of user access management and business processes.

Experience:

  • 2-7 years of experience in application or business application support.
