Role Overview:
We are hiring for an AWS Engagement Manager to work with our Mid-Market & Enterprise customers. As the Engagement Manager, you will own the customer relationship from a delivery perspective and be accountable for delivery health and customer satisfaction across a portfolio of AWS and Amazon Connect engagements. You will partner with Sales to scope new work and plan account growth, transition customers smoothly from sales to delivery, and guide Project Managers in delivering cloud-based contact center and AI solutions.
The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of solution architecture, pre-sales advisory, and client-facing leadership. The Engagement Manager is a trusted advisor who builds strong relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders, leads distributed teams through complex engagements, and has a consultative, analytical mindset.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Develop, own and manage customer relationships from a delivery perspective across the NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture portfolio, building direct relationships and maintaining a stakeholder strategy for each engagement
- Provide hands-on direction, guidance and oversight to project teams, serving as an escalation point, ensuring quality delivery, client satisfaction, customer security and compliance requirements are met, and driving project or program direction from a product ownership standpoint
- Act as a thought leader for customers, helping them drive outcomes and articulate the value delivered while continuously identifying areas of further transformation
- Participate in customer sales cycles, developing rapport with prospects, understanding scope, estimates and staffing needs, and collaborate with the Sales organization to build account growth and expansion plans
- Smoothly transition customers from the sales process to project delivery, including SOW reviews, defining project roles and responsibilities for kickoff, and facilitating kickoff and client onboarding
- Collaborate with operations/staffing and BU leadership to ensure the appropriate project team is staffed and defined while managing and mitigating staffing risks
- Drive and participate in internal initiatives such as innovation in solution delivery capabilities, enterprise delivery methodology, and reusable assets
- Champion AI-enabled delivery practices across engagements, within approved tools and client data-handling requirements
- Contribute at a leadership level, be an advocate of the brand, and help NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture grow and scale
- Travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of consulting experience with a strong blend of solution architecture, pre-sales advisory, and client-facing leadership across iterative software development initiatives
- 5+ years leading complex customer engagements or solution workstreams of 15+ team members, with direct accountability for solution strategy, technical direction, and stakeholder alignment
- 5+ years of experience architecting, selling, and delivering AWS solutions, with the ability to clearly explain platform capabilities, tradeoffs, implementation considerations, and roadmap options across AWS services
- Deep expertise in Contact Center or AWS-based solution design, such as Amazon Connect, and/or integrated CCaaS ecosystems
- Proven pre-sales experience, including discovery leadership, solution mapping, scoping, estimation, and presenting technical and business value to C-level and VP-level stakeholders
- Hands-on experience designing end-to-end architectures across requirements, solution blueprinting, user experience, integrations, data models, QA strategy, and go-live readiness
- Strong understanding of the full SDLC and program governance, enabling clear articulation of technical risks, architectural decisions, and roadmap tradeoffs
- Experience shaping and managing distributed cross-functional solution teams, including developers, technical architects, business analysts, and QA resources
- Strong commercial acumen with proven experience creating SOWs, Level of Effort estimates, Change Orders, and supporting sales motions while managing scope, value proposition, and customer expectations
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of leading executive conversations, whiteboarding future-state architectures, roadmap creation, and influencing decision-making

- Passion for delivering software solutions, building Amazon and other Contact Center solutions with state-of-the-art technology
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to audiences of all levels, including client-facing skills
- Eager to embrace challenging situations and enjoys solving complex problems
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally
- Serve as a strategic advisor to customers, guiding them through end-to-end agentic transformation journeys across AI technologies
- Maintain expertise in the evolving agentic marketplace, including platforms, frameworks, and emerging capabilities
- Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, value-aligned recommendations that support each customer's business objectives and digital-transformation roadmap
- Identify common agentic use cases, assess customer readiness, and prepare actionable adoption strategies
- Provide thought leadership by sharing industry insights, publishing perspectives, and shaping best practices for agentic systems
Compensation:
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on factors such as office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired.
- California: $94,400 to $266,300 USD annually
- Cleveland: $87,400 to $213,000 USD annually
- Colorado: $94,400 to $230,000 USD annually
- District of Columbia: $100,500 to $245,000 USD annually
- Illinois: $87,400 to $230,000 USD annually
- Maryland: $94,400 to $230,000 USD annually
- Massachusetts: $94,400 to $245,000 USD annually
- Minnesota: $94,400 to $230,000 USD annually
- New York: $87,400 to $266,300 USD annually
- New Jersey: $100,500 to $266,300 USD annually
- Washington: $100,500 to $245,400 USD annually
