- Compliance & Audits: Support regulatory compliance, including ACA, COBRA, ERISA, Form 5500, and benefits-related audits.
- Vendor Management: Serve as the primary operational contact for benefits carriers, brokers, retirement providers, and leave administrators, driving timely issue resolution.
- International Benefits: Support global benefits administration, renewals, employee communications, and projects in partnership with regional teams and the Global Benefits Manager.
- Systems & Reporting: Maintain accurate benefits data, conduct regular audits, and partner with Payroll and People Operations to resolve discrepancies.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen controls, and enhance the employee benefits experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4–6 years of progressive experience in employee benefits administration, with strong hands-on U.S. benefits expertise.
- Demonstrated experience independently administering health and welfare plans, 401(k), and leave of absence programs.
- Working knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations, including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and applicable state leave laws.
- Prior experience or exposure to international benefits programs.
- Experience working with benefits brokers, carriers, retirement recordkeepers, and third-party administrators.
- Proficiency with HRIS and benefits administration platforms; Workday experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
